Re previous comment....There should be a backslash between the n and apostrophe... :)

You're welcome Gordon. It is my understanding the site have "port locations" earmarked for maintenance. When I do a general photo search for Canada, the pull down screen shows 2 St John's... (St John's / St John's). The St John's page shows only 12 photos and the St John's page shows "no photos found". Presumably they are one and the same port....?

Thank you, @andrecas for your suggestion. I was able to find and change the ATLANTIC HERON to the correct harbor.
For clarity I am still going to recommend to Shipspottingdotcom Admin a change to the following two location listings.
St. John’s, NL Canada (now called St John's, Canada)
Saint John, NB Canada (now Saint John, Canada)

Best,
Gordon

Thanks GRDN711 & ChasB46 for your comments.
@ GRDN711 if you put the letters "st" in location box the drop down panel will reveal numerous port names. St John's Canada should be the 10th one on the list.
BTW...nice shot of this supply vessel. (I hope some day it does indeed visit "Saint John")....
Best to all.........andre

"Google" mapped along the harbour roads passing the buildings in the background. Atlantic Heron in port today (9 10 2021) with 5 others of the type.

Hello ChasB46 - thank you for the further explanation. I am glad the location in my image description is right.

This is St. John's Harbour, Newfoundland. The Port of St. John’s is the offshore energy supply and service centre on the east coast of North America.

Hello Andrecas:
Thank you for your astute observation from someone who knows something of the subtleties of Canadian port names.
Unfortunately, “Saint John, Canada” was the only location choice offered in the location list when I uploaded. Even when I checked “No location”, it still pulled up this location name from the image GPS coordinates. When I tried to manually enter “St. John’s, NL Canada”, it wouldn’t take it.
Yesterday I sent an email to a Ship Admin asking that there be two separate location listings for the two sainted ports of John in the two separate eastern provinces of Canada.
St. John’s, NL Canada
Saint John, NB Canada
While I have yet to receive a response, I am cautiously optimistic this will happen

Location should read St. John’s - Canada (Newfoundland)……
