Hi nbocean, thanks for that very detailed information about her, i think you are spot on with the date, i have seen 2 or three of her sisters in Thailand in 1989-91, i also saw the MURREE at Rozenburg in about 1986.

This shot must be dated June 1984 when she was renamed from Saint Paul and on her positioning voyage from Europe to South Pacific region where she was subsequently employed in Sofrana Unilines liner services. She never returned to Europe after. She is not an SD18 but originally a "normal" SD14 with just more cargo gear than the basic version. At one point in the 70ies she was lengthened and her smaller cranes got rearranged. From the SD 18 type only three were built for Pakistan National Shipping Co (Murree,Ayubia and Kaghan). They had their engine and superstructure positioned aft.
