Hi Matt, thanks for your comment.
Well spotted, yes, there are two divers down doing the necessary work lining up the ship to cradle & keel blocks.
The time varies due to ship size. I would say for hauling up, from start to finish is circa 3+ hours.

That's a really interesting photograph coupled with the description of it being lined up with an underwater cradle. I've never seen that done. I'm guessing that divers are involved as I can see "divers down flags" in the water. But how long does the process take given that your trying to line it up underwater.
