But it seems they are working on it. I do see signs of maintenance.

Could be rd77. I have never seen anyone on board, she is always being shunted from one quay to another to make way for another vessel, She has become a part of the local harbour scene as much as the 17th century
built bastions.

I have a feeling she was used as a source for spares for the ARCTIC P refit. Not sure though.
