Please forgive me if I sound somewhat bias but Old (Vieux) Québec is full of history and charm. Actually, in 1985 the UNESCO organization designated the city as a World Heritage Site…

That looks so cold. When I was in Quebec in early July 1965 we had a radio survey on the London Confidence. The surveyor invited me to apply for jobs there of either a radio surveyor or as a radio operator on icebreakers. I declined because they seemed too much like settling down. I don't think that kind of weather would have suited me if I had accepted.
