Operated by Esso France, she was one of two units ordered from the Atlantique yard. (This one R25). She lasted as E.N. for 21 years until Esso France renamed her ALSACE, and two years later she was picked up by Bergesen, who traded her for three years as BERGE CHARLOTTE.
In 2000 she was converted to FPSO and renamed SENDJE BERGE, for operation on the Nigerian coast. She is still there and under contract till at least Q4/2022.
