Thats why the master should clause bills of lading as "cargo carried on deck", cus after such a wave there will be no cargo on deck, and you know what kind of claims will follow.

This is why we check the weather report before we cast off... I feel bad for the captians who have to cross the seas "rain or shine" in all those storms.
