Thank you very much for the explanation, akstimur. My fault, I hadn't kept in mind that the Azerbaijani alphabet is different from the Latin one.

Looks like they couldn't decide which Hüseyn should be the namesake and so they went for both... Hüseyn Cavid on the bow, Hüseyn Javid on the stern. IMO.org and Equasis.org decided on Javid, though.
