I think it is either MIGHTY SERVANT 1 (IMO 8130875), MIGHTY SERVANT 2 (IMO 8130887) or MIGHTY SERVANT 3 (IMO 8130899) in the late 1980ies/early 1990ies.

It must have been MIGHTY SERVANT 3, the only MIGHTY able to float on or off a cargo extending on all sides. She submerged the main deck by using a weight at the stern that was put on the seabed before cargo-operations. She was then ballasted in such a way the stern was just afloat. By pulling the weight, her stern went further down.
