Description:

Launched 29 August 1921 at North Vancouver, BC, by the Wallace SB&DDCoLtd. as hull no. 108 for the Canadian Pacific Railway Co., Vancouver. 317.2’ x 48.1 x 17.4; 4032 gt, 2449 nt; four-cylinder triple expansion reciprocating steam engine, 28"-43-50-50 x 39, 4500-ihp, by builder.

Converted 1965 to a floating restaurant at Long Beach, CA. Scuttled 20 June 1990 14 miles off Point Firmin, CA, in 400 feet of water.

Shown February 1980 at San Pedro, California.

Wow thanks for posting this great photo. I used to see the Princess Margurite II often in Victoria, B.C. as a child. She looked pretty similar to my memory but more funnels. (She had two, I think)
