Description:

The brand new Unisea Suezmax Aquabliss shown here along the Caland Canal. She had arrived of February 12th from Sikka, India and was moored at one of the jetties in the 7th Petroleum Dock. Soon after discharging had started she switched off her AIS. After a day or so she moved to the location shown, still with her AIS shut off. (perhaps it was on during the haul, but I did not witness that). Here she is looking almost discharged and as we speak her AIS is on again and two tugs are escorting her to open sea, stated destination Gibraltar.

Crude oil tankers just completed in the Far East, have been seen carrying full loads of diesel oil from India to western directions over the years, but were always clearly visible via their AIS. Some things may have changed.

Not that I know of Pieter, but she has visited two other berths at Milford with off-loading and loading cargoes though.

Hi Ian, also with this strange AIS behaviour?

Pieter, And MattB has got a photograph of her sister-ship Seagrace ex Aquavirtue at Milford Haven on exactly the same day.
