Description:

Buit 1967 as FLIPPER, later WAPPEN VON BUSUM, LADY GLüCKSTADT. In 2000 sold to family Hutjes at Oudeschild on island Texel, Netherlands, renamed WITTE ZEEHOND ("White Seal"). Excursionvessel, seal-watching. On 20th June 2002 near Den Helder on fire, around 30 passengers and crew rescued by fishing vessel. Fire extinguished by ships from the nearby naval base. Vessel towed back to Oudeschild and laid-up. Declared total-loss and later scrapped at Haarlem (other report: sold for recreational use).
