Small cargo-vessel PORT ROYAL seen in Pascagoula, Miss. in december 1990. She was registred in the Cayman Islands, although registers I checked 2-3 years later had Vanuatu as flag. She was built 1976 at Hong Kong as CARICOM ENTERPRISE, and seem to have spent most of her life in the Caribbean / Gulf of Mexico area.
