The 1955 SirJ.Laing, Sunderland, built tanker NICEA passing Rozenburg, inbound for Rotterdam on 26th March 1975. She had sailed from Santander on 18th March 1975, calling at Delfzijl en route.
She was owned by Halkidon Shipping Corp. (Spyros Vlachakis, represented in London by Southern Shipping & Finance Co. Ltd.).
