Chinese Coast Guard cutter 2303 at the Zhoushan Coast Guard base.
She, and her sister behind her, are based on the Chinese navy type 054 frigate.
More info is welcome, i.e. name and class, as all info I can find is about the old 2303 cutter (Zhaoyu-class), which is very different.
