Description:

Built for the Lauritzen Kosan Group, the LPG tanker Francis Drake was delivered by the Kristiansands Shipyard in 1978 as #225
In 1985 she became Erik Tholstrup and in 1990 Erik Kosan.
In 1998 she was sold to Transgas and renamed VIRGO GAS I. She was later reflagged to Peru and has since been trading in the Caribbean.
An interesting development took place in 2012 as she was converted to a product tanker and renamed PB 1, owned by a German company FH Bertling.
Shortly after a compnay in Florida became involved and she is now listed as owned by a company in Guayana and still existing.
