Maritol is a housing vessel in San Francisco Harbor Pier 54. Her name is formed by the name of her owners the famos Olle Lundberg and his wife.
This is the former *Tufjord* IMO 7396458, built 1975 at Harstad by ES Nielsen M/V A/S as hull no. 24 for Finnmark Fylkesrederi & Ruteselkap, Hammerfest. 36.48m x 9.5 x 4.02; 286 gt, 107 nt; 6-cylinder Wichmann Diesel, 280mm x 420, 990-bhp. Later *Fagranes* (1991), Djubbaturinn H/F, Isafjordur, Iceland. Since 2002 she has been docked at San Francisco's Pier 54 serving as both a private residence and as the offices for Breuer Consulting Group, Inc., run by Lundberg's wife.
