Description:

German fishery patrol vessel FRITHJOF is here seen at Bergen in January 1979.
This vessel was built 1968 by Schlichting Werft, Travemünde for the West German Government.

In 1998 she was renamed EMSSTROM, and started a career as training ship.

On the 13.01.2013 she sank off Tobay in southern England.
