She is trimmed down by the bow; possible there is some work going on in the propeller / rudder area.
This LASH carrier was built 1974 by Avondale Shipyards, Avondale (New Orleans).
From 1980 to 1984 she was renamed WILLIAM HOOPER due to charter, before reverting to GREEN HARBOUR again.
On 03.05.2001 she arrived at Chittagong, Bangladesh for demolition.
