Why is she in this category when she can be chartered to anywhere and participates at several scheduled events throughout German Baltic Sea ports?

I do not understand the logic behind some of the category changes on this site. A number of my photos of vessels that operate exclusively in saltwater harbors, such as Staten Island ferries in New York, and tour boats from Boston, have also been declared "Inland" Vessels.
There's no one definition of "Inland" in the site standards, but there is repeated use of terms implying use on lakes and rivers.
