Cyprus-flagged IRENES DIAMOND is here photographed at Antwerp in December 1989.
This vessel was built 1981 at Galati, Romania, and was of 17 365 t.dw.
She was launched as CALUGARENI, but was taken over by Tsakos Shipping Co. before delivery, and entered service as IRENES DIAMOND.
She was sold in 1998 and renamed PIONEER SKY, and arrived at Aliaga, Turkey 27.05.2001 for demolition.
