With how quick the shipbuilding evolved since the 60s, these were state of the art at that time & they still look modern on such photos!

Hi Denis,
Fully agree the G-3 class vessels of ACL fleet were ideal for the North America/Europe trade and they all were lengthened in 1986/7 to 292 metres to increase the TEU capacity and ro/ro units.
