Description:

Royal Mail Lines' 1973 Cammell Laird, Birkenhead, built ORDUNA was from 1982 internally time chartered within the Furness, Withy Group to Houlder Brothers and given the name BEACON GRANGE. Here, she is seen in the River Mersey, departing from Gladstone lock, Liverpool, exactly forty years ago today, on 14th October 1983.

Later: 1984 MERCHANT PIONEER - 93 JENNIFER R.

She was beached at Chittagong for scrapping on 16 September 1997
