Greek ELENOS is here photographed at Rotterdam in December 1976.
This cargo liner was built by AB Götaverken, Gothenburg in 1950 as CUMULUS for Rederi AB Transatlantic, Gothenburg.
She was one of four sister ships of the "cloud"-type built for the company by Götaverken. The other 3 were CIRRUS, NIMBUS and STRATUS.

Sold to Greece in 1976 and renamed ELENOS. In 1977 she was renamed CUMULUS again, as Transatlantic took her back on charter.
On 13/10-1981 the vessel arrived at Bombay, India for demolition.
