Liberian AMOCO BALTIMORE is here seen moored in the Mississippi River in August 1980. This tanker was built 1969 by Mitsui Zosen, Tamano, for Amoco Transport Co.
The history of this tanker:
1969: Delivered as AMOCO BALTIMORE (Liberia)
1986: BALTIMORE SEA (Liberia)
1991: OCEAN PRODUCER (Liberia). Rebuilt to offshore production and storage vessel (FPSO)
30/1-2010: Beached at Alang, India, ready for demolition. Her name was shortened to PRODUCER at arrival in Alang.
