This superyacht was auctioned in Malta in October 2022, due to payment default on a loan by a Saudi Prince, when the yacht was utilised as collateral.

Deutsche Bank Luxembourg successfully arrested the yacht to enforce its mortgage against it for outstanding debt over $116 million.

Now owned by the Bermuda registered company East Thrive Peace Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
