"The MacDermott catamaran tug L.E.STEWART which was renamed in JARAMAC 66 and later in MAC TIDE 66 (V3TX7) under the Belize flag.
The 53 mtr long and 23.4 mtr width tug was equipped with 2 main engines for a total output of 5700 hp, her keel was laid March 7th, 1974, at the McDermott Shipyard in Morgan City of j.Ray McDermott & Co in New Orleans, she was launched October 15th 1974 and completed April 5th, 1975 and taken into service, she was flagged out to the Panamanian flag on October 1979."

An anchor handling catamaran. Idea is to motor over the buoy and lift between the hulls rather than drag over the stern roller as is the norm. Bit of a one trick pony.
Worked with her - when she was Jaramac 66 - in Bass Strait in 1980.
