Cia. Sud-Americana de Vapores (CSAV) of Valparaiso's 1961 Oskarshamn built LAJA passing Brunsbüttel on 9th August 1975 during a voyage from Hamburg to Valparaiso via Bremen, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Liverpool and Barry.

She finally sailed from Piraeus on 24 August 1983 for Saudi Arabia - arrived at Gizan on 15 October 1983 and lay idle until departing for Alang where she was beached on 11 January 1984 for scrapping
