Description:

General Pliyev (also seen spelled as PLIEV) is the the ninth ship of the Kherson built Komandarm Fedko design (1596), produced over a period from 1977 to 1982. She carried yard number 1913, and was delivered in 1982. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union she was passed on to the Latvian Shipping Company and renamed DUBULTI. She was eventually broken up in Bangladesh in 2008.
