South African Marine Corporation’s 1953 Fairfield, Glasgow, built SOUTH AFRICAN TRANSPORTER had sailed from Avonmouth for Dublin on 25th February 1964 during a voyage from Cape Town. Here, she is seen at Durban towards the end of November 1964 during a voyage from Glasgow to Beira.
