The second ship in the colors of PLO (Polish Ocean Lines) called ŻEROMSKI. She was a general cargo ship built in Helsingor Skibsvaerft & Naskinbyggeri (Helssingor, Denmark) commissioned by CHZ CENTROMOR for PLO. The launch took place on July 1, 1960, and the construction was completed and handed over to the shipowner on October 30 of the same year. Żeromski entered service on the line to the ports of the eastern coast of South America. In December 1966, it inaugurated lines from Gdynia to ports on the west coast of South America. During this trip, in January 1967, he participated in extinguishing a fire on the East German flag ship SAALE. In February 1967, the ship was the first Polish ship to call at Valparaiso in Chile. In May 1969, it collided with the Danish tanker VITTA THERESA. The Danish ship was seriously damaged. Bad luck did not leave the ship.
A year later (May 1970), Zeromski entered an underwater rock near the island of Mazorca (Peru) in the Pacific. After making temporary repairs, the ship returned to Europe. In April 1971, it was the first Polish ship in Puntarenas (Costa Rica), and a few months later it was the first to visit Puerto Cortes (Honduras). In October 1975, Zeromski assisted in the rescue of the French yacht POEME, which was drifting near the Canary Islands. In December 1986, the ship was sold to a shipowner from Dubai. The name changed to ROSE VENTURE, and in 1987 to ZERMOS. Scrapping began in February 1988 - Gadani Beach; Pakistan.
