Description:

Czechoslovak Ocean Shipping’s 1967 Szczecin built B455 type BLANIK, which had been launched as the Polish GLIWICE II, approaching the Kiel Canal's locks at Holtenau on 11th October 1975 during a voyage from Szczecin to Havana.

Later: 1990 ROSHNI (Indian owned)

She was abandoned in a cyclone on 9.6.98 during a voyage from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi and subsequently beached at Mumbai on 12.6.99 for breaking

These were the good old days when people were not obsessed with safety. We also had passengers on board now and then. Feel free to explore the ship. This is a Czechoslovakian ship and East Europeans are not as litigation happy as some others.
