Name appears to be "PORTO ALEXANDRE" or similar, which fits with the ex-THORA MENZELL, built by Eiderwerft (nr 66) in 1906 for AG Chinesische Kustenfahrt-Ges. In 1907 she became the INGBERT for Hamburg-Bremer Afrika Linie, then was seized by the Portuguese Government in 1916 and renamed PORTO ALEXANDRE. As Cia Colonial de Nav's LOBITO from 1924, she survived until scrapped at Hamburg in 1953.
