Turk Petrol ve Madeni Yaglar TAS's 1945 Stockholm built coastal tanker TURKPETROL I, which was launched as GRANSKAR and lengthened in 1977, at anchor in the upper Bosphorus on 22nd December 1975.

On 5th August 2009, she capsized whilst loading cargo at Fatsa port on the south west side of Fatsa Korfezi, 2nm from Kirecci Burnu
