Most likely DEEPWATER 319, ex-SEASPAN 319, Canada official # 803635, built in 1983 by B.C. Marine Shipbuilders at Vancouver, 891 GT, 57.1 x 15.1 m.
FRPD is not the full name of the other barge, which is in white paint at the forward and aft ends of the coaming. I can't be sure, but trying to make sense of it seems it could be FRPD 12, Canada official # 842474, built in 1981 by Bergeron Industries at Pearlington, Mississippi, 863 GT, 54.9 x 16.5 m. Per the hull # of 1300 in her data, she could have formerly been the US-flag barge NOVA 318 (official # 633788) before being sold to Canadian owners.
