KD Marine Ltd. of Runcorn and Liversedge (West Yorkshire)'s 1975 Hull built GINA D in the River Mersey, outbound for Eastham from Langton lock, Liverpool, on 21st April 2004.

It is understood that KD Marine Ltd. - KD standing for Keith Dawson - was subsequently sold to the Manchester based Big Ditch Shipping Co. Ltd. which was subsequently sold to Mainmast Ltd, who withdrew from the business in 2011/12 when the Manchester Dry Docks discharge berth closed, consequently laying up the vessels TRAFFORD ENTERPRISE and GINA D at Liverpool

In 2012 , GINA D was to have been renamed TRAFFORD ENDEAVOUR. However, in about 2019, she was reportedly sold and unofficially renamed OCEAN PRAISE.
