Indeed! She was built in 1969 as *Defender* by Main Iron Works, hull no. 218, Houma, LA, for Interstate Towing Co., Inc., Wilmington, DE. 91.5' x 26.8 x 9.7; 195 gt, 132 nt; twin Caterpillar 16-cylinder Diesels, 6.25" x 8, 2250-bhp. She made the transition to Maritrans when it took over Interstate, and she was sold 1993 to Sotramar Ltda., Tumaco, Colombia. She is now owned by Retramar SA, Buenaventura.
