Port colborne harbour is about half covered with ice.
ships are still in winter lay-up getting ready for the welland canal to open & the lake free of ice to leave.

on the left is FRONTENAC, behind her is CANADIAN NAVIGATOR, in front of her you can see the barge WINDOC. across from them is CANADIAN PROGRESS & in front of her is CANADIAN ENTERPRISE. on the far right closer to the bridge is the tugboat CHARLI E.
