COMMENT THIS PHOTO(2)
The previous post is very correct in the vessel. It was/is operated by Bluewater marine and it was used as a floating production and storage tanker. The strange bow is where it was connected to 8 anchors, this is called the turret, and the vessel rotates around this to 'weathervane'. I think this vessel may have been used in Australia.
