Description:

I have little info on this vessel. I checked Equasis under every possible name I could think of, and nothing came up. I did find that it was being transferred to a company from Secunda Marine.
Any info on this vessel would be greatly appreciated.

Built in 2002, the Scan Stigandi is being converted to a Seismic survey vessel. Delivery is scheduled to be end of August 2007.

Hello Kier,
This one is very intresting.I did a search in shipspotting with the name Stigandi and there are a few photos. She is a fishing vessel. It looks like they are converting her to something else.I don't think Secunda owns this vessel, My brother works for Secunda and he has not said anything about this vessel. Thanks for posting. Please keep us updated.

Take Care

That's interesting.
I assumed it had something to do with Secunda Marine because of the area where it was docked.
I never would have guessed it was a fishing vessel, it doesn't look typical.

Thanks Jarrod

Hello Kier,

I would never have guessed either until I looked up her name on shipspotting.it looks like they cut away all the frame on the stern.Secunda docks there quite a bit for maintainance on the ships but I don't think they own it.I know in the past they have done alot of work there to different kind of vessels.it will be very interesting what this vessel is being converted to and for who. Please keep us updated.Keep up the great work by the way.
