Was she in refit recently? I see what looks to be an Advanced Enclosed Mast/Sensor (AEM/S) system (fiberglass) at the aft end of the island similar to LPD 17 San Antonio class and experimented on the Spruance class Arthur W. Radford of the US Navy.
