The former CCGS Navicula tied up at Dominion Diving in Dartmouth, NS.

I have seen this ship here for some time and I wondered whether or not it was a Coast Guard vessel or not. It bears the name 2004-02.
I will try to get better photographs now that I know it's interesting.
