This appears to be the USCG medium harbor tug *Naugatuck* W(YTM) 92, launched 23 March 1939 as hull no. 164 by the Defoe Boat Works, Bay City, MI, the third of thirteen such tugs built for the Coast Guard 1939-1943. She spent the period 1959-1979 stationed at Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She was decommissioned 15 January 1979 and sold to Calumet Marine Towing Corp., Chicago, which renamed her *Timmy B.* She was sold 1994 to Selvick Marine Corp., Sturgeon Bay, WI, and is in operation for that firm today. She retains her original twin Cleveland Diesel 8-567A Diesels driving an GE motor, 1050-bhp. 103.6' x 14.3 x 25.1; 147 gt, 89 nt.
