Description:
This is the fore part of the floating dock Duke of Connaught which used to be owned by the Canadian Vickers, from Montréal. Built in 1912, she broke free while being towed (in 1988). Both parts of the floating dock went aground near Étang du Nord, Ile de la Madeleine, in the Golfe of Lawrence. Only the forward part remain easely visible.
