Greetings Matt. The 3 terminals you see in this photo comprise a total of 12 berths, and I've seen them at capacity many times.

For a larger overview from the same vantage point (Second Narrows Bridge) have a look at my photo titled "Vancouver, Canada" (Port Overviews, or Page 21, presently, of my postings) You'll see 9 ships and a ferry.

It's a wonderful place indeed, for shipspotting, if you don't mind the noise of a busy bridge.

That must be a bit of a hike onto the Second Narrows Bridge, Neil. Do you start from the north or south end of the bridge?

Hi Leigh,

At the south end of the bridge there's free, easy parking just above the Cascadia grain terminal. It's a short walk via a trail to the west walkway on the bridge - probably a 10-minute walk to the spot where I took this photo. As you said in your forum comment on 'Shipspotters Haven': the sun's always behind you! (at least for Lynnterm)
