WELCOME TO SHIPSPOTTING.COM
Description:
Ventouris Ferries (the Greek letter B on the funnel is the V in our alphabet) bought the Pegasus in 1994 from Italy. She was built in 1977 as Espresso Venezia. Ventouris used her for two years on the Greece - Italy run, then moved her to the Piraues - Cyclades route. Inevitably the ship became part of Hellas Ferries, renamed Express Dinoysos. Renamed Express Pagasus in 2002, she is still in service with this company, which is now Hellenic Seaways. There were four "Espresso"'s, at one time all of them in the fleet of Adriatica, and I think this was an attractive quartet. The Express Pagasus in the livery of Hellenic Seaways is really something special! Click website.
