There isn't much to see or photograph on the river these days so I scan some of my older slides so people like you can feel the nostalgia.

I for one really appreciate the opportunity to see the old ships, both lakers and salties, especially in familiar places like the St. Lawrence. And I also appreciate the context the ships are placed in. The winter photos are spectacular and belong in a book! Thanks again for posting them.
