Description:

Now i must admit i am a sucker for heavylift-vessels. I still have the flu, but when i saw that this very cool vessels was due in Tønsberg today, what the hell was i waiting for?
And i know that she is listed as general-cargo in equasis, but she has 275 tons swl cranes! If that aint heavylift, i dont know what is.
Half an hour after this shot was made, the fog rolled in over Tønsberg.
Now i hardly see nothing out of my window. But on my screen i see my favorite kind of ship.

Thanx a lot sir, was very easy making a decent shot yesterday. Nice weather, nice ship.

I am planning a photo-series thats called "a month at the bridge", at brevik briidge where i use to take most of my shots. Will be fun.

Now this one was lucky! A half an hour later the fog came in over us. Lucky with the weather today and yesterday!

Imagining some fog around her in this shot, that would have brought you another WOW! from me!

That's why I ask for just a little bit of fog hovering over the water for good measure.
Like on one of my photos I took on Kiel-Canal.
You wrote a nice comment for that one, if you remember.

Yeah, i remember that shot very well. I cant understand why fog-shots are allowed, i can understand it if the whole ship is covered in it, but when you can see the whole ship, some fog dont destroy a shot. Yours was very fine.

General heavy cargo lifter - as a compromise? I agree: Heavy lift vessel, of course. And I agree that this is a wonderful shot - you do it again and again and again and......
