Description:
Algoma Central Corp.'s Algosteel fills its bunkers at the Esso Dock at Sarnia, Ontario. The refinery is dockside so the fuel does not have far to travel.
The Algosteel was built in 1966 by Davie Shipbuilding of Lauzon, Quebec as the A.S. Glossbrener. In 1987 it became the Algogulf and assumed its present name in 1990.
