Grounded in heavy weather 07/03/08 near Skikda, Algeria, in a position 36.45 N, 07.08 E during a voyage from Turkey to Arzew, Algeria, with 1.862 tons of carbon steel pipes. Total loss.
2 TUGBOATS TRIED TO RESCUE THE BOAT BUT THEY HAD NO LUCK.
The ABANDONED ship. Now the ship SOPHIA is a tourist place!!!
